Track and Field Flight Camp - Track and Field Flight Camp The Flight Camp is designed for track athletes who compete in sprint, hurdle, and jumping events. Our goal is to give athletes a chance to work on improving their speed, strength, and technique during the off-season. Camp sessions will include event specific drills, sprint workouts, stations to improve mobility and flexibility, and body weight strength training. This camp is the perfect opportunity for athletes to improve their skills, or learn a new event, without having to worry about preparing for competition.
