This summer long camp is designed to get athletes in great shape for the upcoming school year and upcoming sports seasons. It will consist of a track workout in the evenings, followed by a life program designed for fitness and injury prevention. Most nights will be a warm-up, stations, workout, cool down and stretch. Some of the nights will have fun relays and races with various distances.
Camp Information
Campers should be dressed with comfortable, weather appropriate, running clothes (light shirt, shorts, possibly warm up gear, and very good running shoes).
Bring plenty of water.

Instructor's Experience
Coach Kosier is a Math Teacher at the High School here in Guilderland.
Coach Scanlan is a PE teacher at Guilderland Elementary School.
Both coaches have coached Cross Country, Indoor Track and Field, and Outdoor Track and Field at GHS for many seasons and are excited about bringing these programs to another level.
