Lacrosse Level Up is designed for girls with 1-2 years of Lacrosse experience who already have the basics of passing, catching, and shooting and are ready to raise their game. Over the session, players will sharpen stick skills, deepen positional understanding, and develop on-field decision making so they can contribute smarter and more confidently in practices and games.
General Information
Campers should dress for summer Lacrosse activities (Short sleeved shirt, shorts, sneakers or cleats).
Campers should bring their own stick, mouth guard and goggles
Campers are encouraged to bring as much of their own equipment as possible.
Bring a water bottle.
A $10 materials fee will be due to the instructor on the first day of camp.

Instructor's Experience
Elizabeth Dollard played four years D3 Lacrosse in College.
She has a huge passion for the sport as a whole.
Liz is the current Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Guilderland High School.
She also coaches year round with a local travel club.
