General Information
Guilderland residents may rent the facility from May 1 through October 30.  

The small pavilion accommodates up to 40 guests.

A grill area is available for use, as well as electricity and water. There are no cooking facilities other than the grill area at the pavilions. Public restrooms are located adjacent to the large pavilion or near the Chalet pavilion. The small pavilion holds approximately 6 - 8 picnic tables.

The Parks & Recreation Department will begin booking pavilion space on the first business day of the new year on a first come, first served basis.  Walk-in reservations (with payment) will take priority over phone or email reservations (with payment). Credit or debit card payments will be accepted with applicable processing fee.

A Request for Use of Facilities/Know the Rules form must be sent with payment to the Town of Guilderland and mailed to Guilderland Parks & Recreation, 181 State Route 146, Altamont, NY 12009. Residents may also stop in at the Parks & Recreation Office located across from Tawasentha Park. To learn more about Pavilion rentals, visit the Town of Guilderland's website.   

Alcohol Beverage Permit
Residents renting the pavilion may fill out the Alcoholic Beverage Permit at the bottom of the Request for Use of Facilities form.  Applicable charges apply. 

Fee Schedule
As of January 1, 2015, the fee for the Small Pavilion is $75 Monday - Thursday; $100 Friday - Sunday for Guilderland residents. The fee for businesses or private groups is $100 Monday - Friday; $125 Friday - Sunday.
