Yoga
Join us for a fun-filled week of movement, creativity, and mindfulness! This camp belnds kid- friendly yoga, exciting games and hands-on crafts!

General Information
  • Through play and practice, children will explore how to move their bodies with confidence and calm their minds with ease.
  • Get ready for a week of laughter, learning and relaxation!
  • If your child has access to a yoga mat, please bring it. (We do have a few extra on hand)
  • A $10 Materials fee is due to the instructor on the first day of camp.
  • Bring plenty of water!

Instructor's Experience
  • Cheryl Barrell is an elementary school teacher.
  • She is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor.
  • She also received additional training in yoga and mindfulness for kids and teens.
