         This kids mindfulness & yoga camp will include a combination of yoga, creativity, mindfulness crafts, nature, movement and a lot of FUN! Each day, students will be introduced to the practices of yoga and mindfulness while exploring a new theme that will guide our class. Students will engage in group discussions and engage in socially-distanced games all on the safety of their own mat!

                Camp Information
                
                
                	- Classes will be filled with physical and mental exercises, resulting in the perfect balance of movement and stillness.  Each day kids will leave with a sense of accomplishment, confidence and feeling of togetherness.  
- Classes will include: Instruction of yoga poses, Yoga songs, Yoga stories, Guided movements, Mindfulness activities, Breathing exercises, Engaging crafts, Guided meditations
- Camp fee includes all craft materials!  
- No prior yoga experience necessary!
- Note - Camp is 3 hours.  Bring a drink and a snack!
 
             
        
            
                Instructor Experience
                
                
                	Miss K, Michelle Kiernozek, is a registered occupational therapist for Guilderland school district with 9 years of experience working with children. She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through yoga alliance and a certified kids yoga and mindfulness teacher. All activities that Miss K teaches can be modified to meet the students where they are to ensure success!
