Boys Cross Country Camp

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

This boys cross country camp offers male athletes training to prepare them for competitive cross country racing. Athletes will train on the beautiful trails and hills of Tawasentha Park as we build their endurance, power, and speed. The staff of experienced coaches will incorporate traditional running training techniques with research-proven strengthening, agility, and stretching to assist athletes in making meaningful gains. Athletes are encouraged to set personal goals and work toward achieving those goals.

This Camp runs 5:30 - 7pm Monday - Friday (8/24 - 9/11).  The last week will be Tuesday - Thursday (9/15 - 9/17).

Camp will meet at the field by the volleyball court/chalet pavilion.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO GUILDERLAND RESIDENTS/GCSD STUDENTS
