Interested in working with children and teaching swim lessons?  Sign up today to be a Water Safety Aide (WSA)!

Water Safety Aides assist the lifeguard teachers with swim lessons.  Teachers will have WSAs demonstrate skills, help enforce safety rules, help watch swimmers and encourage participants in the class.  Water Safety Aides may be age 12 to 15 and should have at least level 3 swim lesson experience.

The Swim Lesson Director can sign community service hour sheets for volunteers - please bring your sheet on the last day you volunteer for the summer!

When you register your child, please list the weeks of swim lessons they plan on helping out with - please make sure they can make at least a full week when they plan on helping out.  Session 1, 2 and 3 lessons run from 8:45 - 10:45am Monday - Friday (NO LESSONS 7/4).  Session 4 (8/12-8/16) lessons will run from 9:45 - 11:15am.

Parents must drop off and pick up - WSAs should plan on being at the pool at 8:30am.
