American Girl Dolls
Come learn about American History and Culture through the American Girl dolls! Each day at camp, you will learn about the era in which a different doll lived. Whether it is Kit from the Depression Era or Addy from the Civil War Era, you will learn about each time period's history, music, food and past times.

General Information
  • If you have one, bring along your doll for learning, crafting, game playing and maybe even cooking!
  • A $15.00 materials fee for crafting and cooking is due to the instructor on the first day of camp.
  • **Option to stay at Pine Bush Elementary for lunch if attending Fun with Fabrics in the afternoon! **Lunch not provided**
  • Bus Transportation: AVAILABLE
  • Registration is required for busing - see Transportation for Summer Camp program.

Instructor's Experience
Beth Whiteman has been a classroom teacher for 25 years in the Guilderland School District.
She currently teaches 5th grade, but has taught Kindergarten, First, Third and Enrichment as well.
Beth's hobbies include history, musical theater, and sewing.
Beth is a NYS certified teacher (Elementary and 6-12 Social Studies).
She has taught many previous summer camps for the Town of Guilderland, Sage College and Helderberg Workshops.
