Come learn about American history and culture through the American Girls dolls through Google Meet!

General Information
  • This camp will be run as a virtual option this summer! There are 3 time slots available for registration. Once you choose a time to register for please stick to it!
  • Whether it's Felicity from the Revolutionary War era or Kit from the Depression era, you'll learn about each time period's history, pastimes, clothing, toys and more.
  • We will meet online for one hour using Google Meet. During this time, participants will learn about a different time period's history and culture through the lens of a particular American Girl Doll. Activities during this time will include read-aloud's, picture sharing, short video clips and discussion.
  • After the meet is over, participants will then have a craft or art project to do on their own to bring their learning to life. Project materials will be delivered to campers prior to the first day of camp. It's helpful if you have your own scissors, glue stick, markers and crayons, but if you don't these can be provided.
  • Campers are encouraged to bring their doll or dolls to the Google Meet.
