Get in shape for your fall sport with this week-long high-intensity, strength and conditioning camp. This camp is designed for athletes that want to get ahead of the curve for their fall sport, or just simply ramp up their overall fitness.

General Information
Training Sessions:
-Dynamic Warm-Up (10-15 minutes)
-Agility/Speed/Power Development (10-15 minutes)
-Strength Training (15-20 minutes)
-High-Intensity Metabolic Conditioning (5-25 minutes)
-Cool Down & Mobility (5-10 minutes)
-Discussion Topic (Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Sleep, Hydration, Recovery, Mobility, etc. 10-15 minutes)

Camp is at CrossFit Aevitas - 1 Charles Blvd., Guilderland
Bus Transportation: NOT AVAILABLE

Instructor's Experience
  • Chad Southwick has been coaching the principles of fitness to adults and teens for the past 6 years. He is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and proud owner of CrossFit Aevitas in Guilderland. He and his wife/head coach, Karen Southwick, have helped almost 600 people in their fitness journey.
  • Nutrition education is brought to the program by Laura Ligos, a Registered Dietitian who also holds her Board Certification in Sports Nutrition. She is also a head trainer at CrossFit Aevitas.
  • Mobility and injury prevention elements will be administered by Dr. Kim Leis-Keeling. She is the owner and sports chiropractor at the Sports & Spinal Wellness Center in Guilderland. Dr. Keeling specializes in injury prevention and treatment of athletes.
